Note: Do not print your credentials until after you have first accepted the Constitutional Journalist’s Pledge and have accepted CFAPA’s Member Terms and Conditions.

To print any of the following, either right click on them (for PCs) or Control-click on them (for Macs)

• Credentials Sheet
• Hat Tag  (Trim to 2″ x 4″)
• Dashboard Sign
• Press Badge (Trim to 5″ x 7″)

Notes:
Type in your name and the issue date before printing the badge!

The silhouette image in the lower-left corner should be covered by your own photo (taped in place) before you laminate your badge.

Depending on your browser, you may have to open the Badge and Credentials Sheet in Adobe Acrobat, in order to enter your name and the issue date.
